Kellie O'ConnorKellie O’Connor holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Education. A lifelong learner, she is currently pursuing a Masters in Positive Psychology as part of her commitment to continual personal and professional development.

Kellie is a relationship development professional and a skilled negotiator with over two decades of experience in customer service. She is also a trained teacher and coach. Kellie has extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT). (ACT is an empirically based psychological intervention. It uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies, together with commitment and behaviour change strategies, to increase psychological flexibility and well – being.) Kellie has completed intensive coaching training with Rachel Collis who has been described as Australia’s leading authority on the use of ACT in workplace coaching.

With special interest in education, emotional intelligence and leadership development, she is passionate about facilitating positive change. Kellie is the author of a blog series dedicated to encouraging a greater sense of self awareness, curiosity and the acceptance of the uncertainties of life. She also enjoys song writing and performing in collaboration with others.
